Artwork
You warrant that you own or are licensed to reproduce the artwork you send us. Licensed collegiate and professional marks require written permission, which we will ask for before printing.
Proofs
Nothing goes into production without a written proof approval. Once a proof is approved, errors it contains become the customer's responsibility.
Overruns and underruns
Industry standard tolerance of plus or minus 3% applies to runs over 144 pieces. You are billed for what is delivered.
