Design & approve
Front, back and sleeve mockups on the actual cut. Revisions are free until the team likes it.
Send the roster
A spreadsheet, a photo of a clipboard, a text message. We build the size and name grid and send it back to confirm.
Bagged by player
Each kit bagged and labelled with the player’s name and number, so nobody hands out the wrong jersey.
Decoration cost per piece. Published.
Decoration only — add the garment from the catalog. Setup is charged once and never again on a reorder of the same art.

What we’ll decorate
The hard part of a uniform order is never the printing, it is the roster: forty players, four sizes, two spellings of the same name and one kid who joined last week. Send us the list however it exists and we will sort, decorate and bag each kit by player.

Can we add a player mid-season?
Yes. Sublimated singles cost more per piece, but we keep the design on file and there is no new setup.
How early should we order?
Six weeks before the first game for sublimation, three for stock jerseys. Earlier if your season starts when everyone else’s does.
