Standard lead times by method, what rush costs, and how delivery works.

Standard turnaround runs from proof approval, not from the day you first call. Screen printing and embroidery are 7–10 business days, hybrid DTF is 3–5, digital print is 3–7, promotional products are 10–15 and sublimated uniforms are 15–20.
Rush is available on most methods at a 25–30% premium, subject to the press schedule. We will tell you on the first call whether your date is realistic.
Free delivery inside the Richmond metro on orders over $300. Everything else ships UPS Ground from Ashland or South Hill, or you pick up.
