There are two kinds of promotional companies. One of them owns presses, embroidery heads and a heat shop. The other owns a laptop and a supplier login.
We are the first kind. Art is prepared here, screens are burned and reclaimed here, ink is mixed to Pantone here, and the garment that ships to you was decorated by somebody who works in the building. When something goes sideways — a supplier backorder, a bad blank, a deadline that moves — you are talking to the person who can actually do something about it.
Two locations
TSI Promotionals is at 11173 Leadbetter Rd in Ashland, twenty minutes north of Richmond. It is the production floor: screen printing, embroidery, DTF and the art department.
Trinity Custom Apparel is at 205 S. Mecklenburg Ave in South Hill, serving the southside and the Virginia–North Carolina line.
How we like to work
Tell us the quantity, the deadline and the budget, and we will tell you the right method — even when the right method is the cheaper one. We would rather have the reorder than the margin.
