Anything legible. Embroidery loses fine detail, so we will tell you up front what has to be simplified.
We digitize
Your logo is redrawn as stitches — $45 one time, and the file is yours to take anywhere.
Sew-out & approve
We sew one on the real garment and photograph it. Thread colors get adjusted before the run.
Run & finish
Backing trimmed, jump stitches cut, folded and bagged. Pick up in Ashland or South Hill.
Decoration cost per piece. Published.
Decoration only — add the garment from the catalog. Setup is charged once and never again on a reorder of the same art.

What we’ll decorate
Embroidery costs more per piece than printing and is worth it on the garments where it matters. Pricing runs on stitch count, not ink colors, so a ten-color logo costs the same as a two-color one at the same size.

Why is embroidery priced by stitch count?
Because stitches are what costs time on the machine. A logo with twelve colors and a logo with two take the same time if they are the same size.
Do I own the digitized file?
Yes. You pay the $45 once, the .DST is yours, and you can take it to any shop in the country.
Can you embroider garments I bring in?
Yes, at the same per-piece price. We ask for two spares in case a needle finds a flaw in the fabric.
